What do you get with an Arro account?
Each Arro current account comes with a sort code and account number that other account holders all over the world can use to transfer funds to you and to make payments into your account.
You also get a Mastercard® debit card, the details of which are sent to you by SMS immediately so that you do not have to wait for the physical card to begin buying things online, or anywhere you can enter the details.
When the card arrives, you can use it for cash machine withdrawals or to pay in shops. There's also an online dashboard where you can move money, make payments and set up Direct Debits (coming soon) to pay bills and other regular commitments.

What if I have bad credit?
Arro Personal Accounts are open to anyone over the age of 18 who lives in the UK, regardless of your credit status - we just need to verify your ID, but we don't use your credit file to do that.
Because the Mastercard® you receive is a debit card, and because there is no overdraft facility on the Arro Personal Account, there is no credit to approve, so no need to check your credit rating.
This means that unlike many of the high street banks and even some online account providers, Arro can give instant approval to account holders who have had problems in the past, ranging from bankruptcy to criminal convictions.
An Arro Personal Account can be a fresh start, or just a way to manage your money without the temptation of a credit card and overdraft - a straightforward way to budget your income and outgoings, or as a secondary account to keep some of your cash separate for any reason.
What does it cost?
Our fee structures are simple and published online so you can easily check if there's a cost for any transaction you want to make.
Fees range from £5 for our Standard account, to our Inclusive account for £10 per month, which charges no fee on Fast Payments and cash machine withdrawals.
Our Standard account is charged at £5 per month and just 50p for ATM withdrawals and Fast Payments - there are also admin charges if you try to make a payment with insufficient funds in your account and certain other similar incidents, which are all listed on the website.
What do I need to apply?
There's really no reason not to apply - you can get a decision in minutes, use your new account as little as you wish, and there's no mark on your credit record to show that you have applied for an account.
Just visit our Signup page to enter your details and register for an account. We need your name and date of birth to check you are old enough to hold an account with Arro, as well as your UK address.
Apart from that we just ask for contact details so that we can confirm your registration and send out your virtual debit card number before we ship your physical Mastercard® in the post.
